A big thank you goes out to all those who attended the 2010 Fish Fest -- one of the tastiest receptions on the Hill!!! Members of Congress, commercial and recreational fishermen, legislative directors and ENGO staff members visited the Top of the Hill in the Reserve Officers Building this week to pay homage to sustainable seafood. Special thanks to those chefs who contributed their time and their love of all things green (including more than spinach and cilantro!): Le'Jon Williams of Catering by Chef, Inc., Billy Klein of Cafe Saint-Ex, Lynette Jackson of Lynette's Cakes and Catering, Carlos Amaya of Coppi's Organic Restaurant and Jeff Buben of Bistro Bis and Vidalia. We encourage you to patron all of these places run by people with a verve for the vert.
