It continues to get worse and worse in the Gulf of Mexico. Again, I ask that at this point we focus efforts on things we can change. Encourage those bright, young women we know to go into the sciences, to become the women who will help heal destroyed seas, who will fight for policies worth passing in Congress, and who will invent products that help to clean up the many more inevitable drilling-related catastrophes yet to be had. The next generation is a welcome weapon to defeat the ridiculousness that is going on today. But us, our generation of feisty, fierce green warriors, is the best weapon to wield in the fight against greenwashing and corruption.
